Our treatment list
Whether you're looking for a single session or a bundle to save a few extra bucks, we have options that cater to your specific needs.
What treatment should I book?
This always will vary with the individual, depending on their current lifestyle, symptoms and goals. We recommend booking an initial colonic if you have never had one before. When you have had your first session, your colon therapist will guide you depending on what was seen/discussed in your session. We can discuss coffee colonics after the first session. We would recommend doing 3-4 treatments close together (preferably one week apart if possible) to get the full effect and experience all around positive health changes in the body. No colonic is the same, even for our regulars.

Chronic inflammation, degenerative disease, environmental toxins and endocrine disruptors render the body increasingly unable to excrete waste materials adequately. The coffee enema helps the body eliminate waste and toxic build-up of the liver to reactivate the immune system and restore the body’s defenses.
Coffee enemas have a long history. They were originally used as pain relief for soldiers in WWI when morphine was in short supply. Afterward, they were shown to increase bile flow through laboratory tests. They are also an essential part of the Gerson Therapy invented in the 1930’s.
The mixture of coffee and filtered water (100% certified organic coffee) is inserted into the rectum. The coffee is then taken to the liver, where the caffeine dilates bile ducts and increases bile flow. During a coffee colonic, the caffeine gets absorbed into the bloodstream via the rectal veins and goes straight to the liver. This stimulates the production and flow of bile and increases the production of glutathione in the liver by 600-700%! Glutathione is the liver and body’s master antioxidant and is crucial for detoxification. The liver uses glutathione to bind free radicals, which can then leave the body safely.
The enzymes in the coffee stop the reabsorption of toxins by the liver and are therefore eliminated with the coffee. When you hold your enema in the colon for 15 minutes, it allows the blood to be cleaned five times, as the entire blood circulation flows through the liver every 3 minutes.
The enema fluid also increases peristalsis, the movement in the gastrointestinal system that aids the movement of substances through and, in the case of unwanted or indigestible substances, out of the body.
Drinking coffee does not have the same effect on your body, and in particular your liver, by drinking it, as it has to pass through the digestive system. Taking your morning cuppa coffee in the other end is much more beneficial for your overall health!
